The products come from various source countries including Chile, Italy, Spain, Greece, and USA (California) and more! Olive Tap's staff are very knowledgeable with trained tasting consultants to assist the customer to determine the best olive oils and/or vinegars based on their taste preference, food preferences and typical cooking styles. All The Olive Tap's 100% extra virgin olive oils are "first cold pressed" and the business also carries a full line of balsamic vinegars from Modena, Italy and various specialty vinegars from around the world. This location is in a small business district that thrive from the high walking and driving traffic and many other factors but mostly due to being next to the Crystal Lake Metra Train Station.
